| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Where orders are returned for reasons other than faulty goods you may be liable for delivery charges and processing fees, charged at cost, on refund of your purchase. Warranties for machinery purchased from us will mirror the manufacturer's warranty and returned machines may incur delivery charges if sent to, or received from, outside of the UK. It is the Customer's responsibility to input their VAT/EU Tax Number correctly when placing orders. Failure to do so may incur an administration charge if you require to make a change to your original order's tax status or details. |
| Shipping And Handling Most orders are sent via our chosen couriers, but we reserve the right to use any other method of delivery we see appropriate. Whenever possible all deliveries will be despatched either the same day or the following day. Where orders are returned for reasons other than faulty goods you may be liable for delivery charges charged at cost on refund of your purchase. We reserve the right to exclude the offer of free delivery to countries other than mainland UK. |
| Delivery Schedule We aim to process your order as soon as possible. For UK deliveries you will normally receive your order within 2-4 business days, unless a product is not in stock. International orders are generally received within 3-15 business days, depending on your country and delivery method. Please allow up to 28 days for international deliveries. |
