You should use these instructions as a guide and always follow the instructions contained in the User's Manual.
Pendants & Keyrings: All of our TPT Pendants & Keyrings are designed to be engraved using our MPX-80 MASTER JIG providing the Metaza user with a trouble-free time saving way of positioning the engraving product consistently.
Gift Range: Each of the TPT gifts require individual attention when positioning into the MPX-80. Some may require the UNIVERSAL JIG and others require only the vice supplied with the machine.
Simply place the engravable product into the appropriate JIG, then load the associated .mzs template (downloadable below) into METAZAStudio and you are ready to engrave!
The templates are designed to be used with our jigs. When used as instructed you should get the same trouble-free, correctly positioned item every time.
*Always ensure you set the Centre Origin Point correctly using the 'axis.mzs' - see MPX-80 User's Manual page.76.

*Please note, though it is possible with the use of the templates below, that we do not support or recommend that you use the MPX-70 for engraving the TPT range of products.
As an extra precaution you should increase the 'margin' of the template to 2mm. >>'File', 'Preferences', 'Advanced' > set both margins to 2mm, then 'OK'.
